Service Description

We collect a sample from your old engine oil and send it into an independent laboratory to examine engine wear if present. Results could take up to 3 months to come back depending on shipping and lab times.

Cancellation Policy

Please call us @ 808-431-2330 if you need to cancel or reschedule. 2 hours before your appointment is the cancel/reschedule cutoff and will be charged a service call fee of $69.99 within the 2 hour timeframe.
